Carolyn Weber
Author, Surprised by Oxford Speaker. Professor. Â
A Commonwealth Scholar, Dr. Carolyn Weber holds her B.A. Hon. from Huron College at Western University, Canada and her M.Phil. and D.Phil. from Oxford University, England. Dr. Weber is an award-winning author, popular professor, and international speaker. She is currently serving as a professor at New College Franklin in Franklin, TN. Her first memoir, Surprised by Oxford, is now a feature film directed by Ryan Whitaker.
Travel & Accommodations
Fort Myers is 16 miles from RSW Airport. The Luminary Hotel is offering us a special room rate of $229 per night + $20-$28 parking fee (self or valet), if you park a car at the hotel. After you register for Live the Word 2024 by using the RSVP card, we will send you an information form to complete your hotel registration. You can also register for the conference on our website; just use the QR code on the RSVP card. All hotel reservations for Live the Word should be made with Walk Thru the Bible.Â
Cost
There is no registration fee to attend Live the Word 2024. Each guest is responsible for their transportation and lodging for three nights at The Luminary Hotel. Walk Thru the Bible provides daily breakfast as well as dinner on Thursday night and Saturday night.
