Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, wrong item ordered, arrived too late, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in unopened or perfect/unused condition, will be issued a refund of the merchandise cost only. Shipping will not be refunded.
Computer software, videos, DVDs, or other media may only be returned for refunds if unopened. If opened, they may be returned only if the item was received damaged and may be returned only for replacement of the same item.
Defective, incorrect or damaged items may be returned for replacement only. Please refer to the specifics based on your location:
US and Canadian customers: The return must be shipped within 15 business days of the receipt of the original order. To arrange for prepaid UPS shipping and pickup (provided only for the return of defective, incorrect or damaged items) contact customer service at 1.800.361.6131.
International customers: Prior to shipping any defective. incorrect, or damaged items back to our warehouse, you must first contact our Customer Service Department to arrange for the processing of the return. If defective, incorrect, or damaged items are shipped back prior to contacting us to make appropriate arrangements for the items, we will not pay for the cost of the return shipping or the shipping cost of the replacement item.
